Delivery / National

FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS!!
All Australian domestic orders are shipped using E-Parcel, a registered freight service by Australia Post, whereby you can track your order online. You will be required to sign for delivery.
We recommend providing a daytime address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-5pm.

Delivery / International

FLAT RATE OF AU$15 for all international deliveries.
Customers should allow for up to 15 working days for delivery.
Please be advised that any customs taxes and duties will be at the customer’s expense and any refused shipments will be refunded minus these charges.

Shipping time

Orders placed on a weekday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.
Purchases will be delivered within 3 business days of processing your order (in-stock items only). Customers should allow an additional two or three days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and CARLOTTA HEY will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.

Ownership and risk

Ownership and risk of damage of the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Delivery dates supplied by CARLOTTA HEY is a best estimate only and CARLOTTA HEY will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. CARLOTTA HEY advise that you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes.

CARLOTTA HEY use registered post whereby we can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. To track your purchase, you can log on to www.auspost.com.au/track/ and follow the prompts.

Returns

At CARLOTTAHEY, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and craftsmanship, we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange where goods:
• Are returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
• Are returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached).
• Are accompanied with proof of purchase

How to return or exchange

We would like to make it as easy as possible – simply contact us via customercare@carlottahey.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please confirm whether you wish to exchange or return as a refund, then just sent your unwanted accessories to the advised address.
When returning goods to CARLOTTA HEY, it is advised that you chose a traceable method (e.g. express post).
Please allow up to 7 days for exchange

Return limits

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have been purchased through an external retail boutique.

Cancel order

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange this if the order has not yet been shipped.

PRICING

All pricing is made in Australian dollars (AUD).
All payments are billed in AUD. Currency conversions are set by your bank and any further charges in relation to this will be made by your bank.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

PayPal

We use Paypal to process all payments securely. However, you do not have to have a Paypal account to purchase an item. Paypal allows you to use your credit card to purchase without creating an account.
